To-ji is one of the buddist temples located in southern part of Kyoto. It is whole complex of temples and it`s really amazing.

To-ji is on a UNESCO World Heritage Site as part of the `Historic Monuments of Ancient Kyoto`. It`s pagoda is the tallest in Japan. Entering pagoda is allowed only couple of days a year.

On 21st of every month in the grounds of To-ji, flea market is held. It`s one of the two most famous flea markets in Kyoto.
