Visiting Nara
Nara is a first place, beside Kyoto, that I have seen in Japan so far. Despite the fact that Kyoto is really beautiful place and offers many places worth to be seen, I really want to see some other places in Japan. Nara was my first choice, because it`s quite close to Kyoto, it`s easy to get there and exploring Nara is possible by foot. I went there early in the morning, so that I could have much time. Nara is really amazing. The wether was good for most of the day, it started raining just before I was going back to Kyoto. The city is very charming. I saw of course the main tourist spots like Todai-ji, Kofuku-ji, Kasuga Taisha and so on. But I also walked aroung in the gardens and near the ponds. It was so peaceful. And all around I could see deers, they were really adorable. I was wandering around and it was a big pleasure for me. Moreover, it was splendid because the leaves are changing their colours, really beautiful! At the end of my trip I went for a walk in the Naramachi district. It was interesting for me, because I could see there some machiya houses and I could compare them to Tondaya. Unfortunatelly it was the time when it started raining, so my walk there was rather short. But I enjoyed it very much. I`m glad that I had the opportunity to see this place and I hope I`ll see some other beautiful place soon.
